We were in the market for a used car and visited Hyundai, and Toyota dealerships. When we stopped at the Toyota dealership we found the perfect car and the perfect sales associate, Desmond Pierre. There was no need to look further. Desmond was professional and extremely knowledgeable about the car (Venza). There was no pressure, we feel we we got a good price. We made our decision later that night and we received all the paperwork to sign electronically at home. We live about 45 miles from the dealership and Desmond drove the car to our house the next morning, for a personal, white-glove delivery. It was a relief to not have to drive 90 miles again, especially returning with two cars. We cannot recommend Desmond more highly, we well as Gettel Toyota.
