Scheduled an oil change for same day and was not disappointed. Xavier and Anthony were very helpful and are absolutely the reason I will be returning for any future service needs. I requested an oil change and brake check and was very satisfied with the service, price, and completion time. It only took about an hour for the full service and transaction. Had about a four hour wait with an appointment. When I purchased the car I bought the package that includes maintenance and the ceramic coating to keep the paint looking good. Was not told the process would be so long. When I complained they made it right with a free rental for next time. Left satisfied then with the service and the customer service.

Service was great the manager of the service department what a wonderful man and everybody that works under him was good my only concern when we after we were leaving we seen underneath that and I didn't we didn't get our filter on our transmission changed and so I because the bottom was not ever taken out so now I hope my pan doesn't leak because it used to that's the reason we asked for a transmission change
The staff was very professional. Kelvin was good. Went for 18,000 check up. He did get my car washed and detailed inside. Had a free tire rotation and oil change suggested other things. Wound up costing 715 dollars. Did not expect that. I take care of this Car. But was a little blind sided.
Excellent customer service from Kyle Raulerson! Went in for a regular oil change / maintenance appointment and learned there was a leak in the front axle on my 2010 Prius. They had to order a part so I drove a loaner for a couple of days while they did the repair and tire alignment. She’s running good as new! Thanks again Kyle and team for your great work!
